In practice it means the conduct of a difficult matter is reviewed at the senior end of the firm, and the argument advanced in court is settled there.

Supervision of associates
Associates conduct research, prepare the record, draft, and attend court. Their work is reviewed by the partner responsible before it is filed or served.
Professional obligations
Every practitioner in the firm is subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners and to the Nigerian Bar Association and the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee.
Confidentiality
The firm does not publish the identity of the clients it acts for, and does not discuss instructions outside the firm. That is why no client list and no case studies appear anywhere on this site.
